Privacy notice

This notice explains how Mini handles information when you use our services.

Information we use

We collect account information, content you submit, results returned to you, preferences, and activity information to provide, maintain, and protect our services.

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, storage, and automated content processing. Relevant information is shared with these providers to fulfill your requests. Information you choose to share may be visible to other users. Where payment features are enabled, providers handle card entry; Mini stores limited payment metadata and authorization records.

Optional Gmail access

If you connect Gmail, Mini accesses message identifiers, headers, snippets, and message text to search your email and produce summaries or other results you request. Relevant email content and request context are sent to external service providers for automated text processing to produce those results. Access is read-only: Mini does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.

Mini's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only for the user-facing features you request, not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose machine-learning models.

Storage and security

We use access controls and encrypt saved Gmail credentials. Your content and request history are stored on our servers and are not end-to-end encrypted. Email text may be stored temporarily while a request runs; resulting content remains in your history. History has no automatic expiry and remains until deleted. Service-provider logs and backups follow their applicable retention policies.

Your choices

You can disconnect Gmail in Mini to remove saved credentials and stop future access. This does not delete previously stored content or cancel requests already in progress. You can also revoke access in your Google Account settings.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact privacy@mini.you. We may verify account ownership. Deleted data may remain in service-provider backups or logs under their retention policies.

We may update this notice as our practices change.
